Entered in the final minutes of the match against Udinese, Marco Andreolli has also spoke with The Mixed Zone about the challenging 2-1 victory:
“For us it was important to win today. We wanted at all costs to bring home the three points and we succeeded. We believed until the end, taking a crucial victory for our path in the last minute. In Udine is not easy for anyone to win, we knew it and we have worked hard in Marbella. Today our effort was rewarded.”
“Important to be able to bring home this win. In the end, it was not as easy as we thought, we did well throughout the match to find the goal in the end. In the first half, we suffered a bit – that’s true, but then we grew and started for Inter. We are a large group, a group that is growing game by game and everything. Even those like me who come from the bench give everything on the pitch, even if they have limited minutes. That’s what the coach asks of us.”
How far can Inter go? “We have proven that we’re not the same ones as we were in the beginning of the season. Now we are going through a great phase and we must continue on this path. The championship is still long and we want to get to the top.”
