Three years ago, Inter were linked with Brazilian full back Carlinhos but as with many rumours nothing ever transpired. Now the 30 year old is moving to Inter, albeit Internacional of Porto Alegre in his homeland after Sao Paulo and Internacional agreed to his transfer today.
