There will be no closure of the Curva Nord on Sunday against Empoli as first feared after derogatory chants were heard against Lazio in the Coppa Italia the Sports Court have ruled. Having read the report the judge was unable to place an appropriate and balanced sanction for the scale and seriousness of the event.
