Danilo D’Ambrosio has spoken that he expects to be at Inter, with his contract to be renewed until 2010. Speaking to Premium Sport, he has stated that he will not rush things and wait until the end of the season for anything to change.
“This is a question for the sports manager and my agent. I want to stay focused until the end of the season and then see what happens,” the Italian defender said. He even spoke about his relationship with the manager, saying that the race for Europe is still intact.
“Pioli is a very good person and that the team likes him a lot, especially when you have to give him something extra for someone who deserves it. since he arrived he’s doing a great job. Every day tells us that everything depends on us and that nothing is impossible.”
Finally, he spoke about the chance of him being called up to the national team. “Ventura and I know what they can give to me, I’m hoping for a call even if we depend on everything from me.”

He deserves to stay for sure, maybe not as a starter with some quality arriving at both fullbacks position, but as a fine back-up player he´d do!
yes i agree. he’s fine as a back up and for early coppa games. he seems to love the club as well.
Yes he´s Italian and all Italian would love to play and to stay at the biggest clubs in their home country, and that´s why I completely support the idea of getting more Italians on board – they don’t complain about not playing every single game like foreigners but just knuckles down and keep fighting on in order to stay at one of the biggest clubs in the Italy/the world!
well we for sure need more italians. i hope we get some quality ones though that can play on the national team. Gags was a good pick up and has a bright future reppin the azzurri.
2010 ?
maybe 2020
