Marco Materazzi was asked by Correre della Sera to share his thoughts on the Lega Calcio decision to move the upcoming derby between Inter and Milan to a lunch time kick-off of 12.30 CET on Saturday 15th of April.
“For me the derby is always the derby, even if you play it at 8 am. I think that generally football at the La Scala of football should always be played in the evning, as it brings a different atmosphere.”
Will the teams be affected by this decision?
“No, the concentration will remain the same. How could anyone not be motivated to play against Milan?
