Torino winger Iago Falque spoke with Gazzetta dello Sport in the lead up to Torino-Inter tomorrow:
What are Inter’s strengths?
“They players they have up front, but they are good behind that too. The team is not fighting for the league title only because they had a bad start to the season. Next season they will be up there with Juventus, Roma and Napoli.”
If you could take a player away from tomorrow’s opponents who would it be?
“I like Candreva a lot, but since Icardi is the one that scores the goals, I’ll say Icardi.”
What do you like about Candreva, someone you played last season while he was with Lazio?
“I read that he has made the most crosses in Serie A. I like him because he is comprehensive: he helps others and scores, he scores goals every year.”
Who is better Belotti or Icardi?
“Gallo [Belotti], right? They are two different attackers, both strong. Icardi is very good, though Belotti is a bit better, the numbers say.”
Is it normal that Icardi isn’t included in the Argentine national team?
“The problem is that Argentina has so many good strikers: Messi, Aguero…”
How will tomorrow’s game end?
2-1 to Toro. I will score the second goal.”
