Sassuolo general manager Giovanni Carnevli spoke on Domenico Berardi on Sport Mediaset show 4-4-2: “It’s good that big clubs are interested in our players, it means our staff made the right choices. Last January we didn’t sell any player because we didn’t need to, we want to start and finish the season with the same team. Next Summer we’ll make our evaluations, about Berardi too. Last year Juventus was interested but we wanted to go on together. Berardi is one of the best Italian talents, it’s quite normal that big clubs look at him. We’ll talk to him but we do not easily our best players. If Suning is crazy for Berardi it’s right, he’s a champion. If it’s true maybe Inter will make an offer but at the moment there’s nothing from the Nerazzurri, no contact for Berardi. His price? I read figures, I think that when there’s the willingness to complete the deal we’ll find the right price.”
