Arriving as a European Champion with Portugal as the second most expensive purchase in Inter history, Joao Mario started out and enjoyed a long positive spell. As of late however he has found himself on the bench for five straight games. He has never hid from the fact that his fee weighs on him and Suning view him as an important part of the future but for now he is not essential as he isn’t fitting in to tactical plans.
