According to German tabloid Kicker, Inter and Chelsea are two of many teams who are keeping a tab on Rudiger. The defender is rumored to be moving away from Roma and is currently valued at 40m€. It is also said that 25% of the total transfer fee might go to his former club Stuttgart if any deal finally goes through.
