Inter legend Sandro Mazzola spoke on SportMediaset show 4-4-2 on Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio’s recent words: “The words of Ausilio on the absence of the group? I do not share them because the group was built by him and if there is none it means that those who built this group are not up to the task of forming an Inter side. I know Ausilio, I brought him to Inter because I looked like he would be very good when he was younh. But perhaps there are no grounds to do a project of some kind. I would not have said what he said, the most important thing is to speak in the faces of the players and the coach to understand the real problems. So it does not solve anything. Despite everything, however Inter, however, must start afresh from him because they know the environment and the world of football.”
Mazzola then spoke on the appointment of Walter Sabatini, transfers and the coaching future: “I know him, he knows what he has to do, he is a very good professional and will do his job well. Who would save this team? There are at least five players from which they should start with. They have to look for purchases especially in defence and midfield. Inter do not need a revolution. The right coach for Inter? It’s hard to answer… Mourinho. Although I do not think he can come back.”
