In a meeting with Inter hierarchy, Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio pointed out the hindrances Inter faced this season. His major point was though the players are hugely talented, they lack the sense of belonging or attachment towards the team. He emphasized on building acore for the team like it had previously. The executives had a different point of view regarding the situation, they pointed out if the players are failing as a group then who assembled them also have done something wrong.

Ausilio you talk to much…just be quiet and clean up your mess
HAhaha and our owners are correct. Ausillo is really good at getting deals done but shouldn’t be the lead when assembling a team and picking players to buy.
its not Ausilio’s fault if our so-called talented players are lost. its the entire management’s fault because they can not pick true leader in the team and dressing room and obviously the management always lack one vital point, Strong Foundation. In 6 years after 2010, Inter as company faced two vital changes from Morrati to Thohir and last to Zhang. Like a ship, during facing big waves and challenges in rough sea, Inter has already changed their “captain” two times and obviously this mistake hurt Inter so much. If we want to raise to be one of the best club in Italy again, we have to copy what Juve did since they regelated to Serie-B and now, become the best club in Serie-A. Inter must settle their foundation to be one great club first and that is to build a strong management with PEOPLE that has ambition, plans and actions.
