Speaking live on Tele Radio Stereo, Andreas Brehme, legend of the German national team, spoke about like the very disappointing Inter season:
“Inter have changed a lot with the Chinese. I can only hope for the best and they can get the results. Inter must return to play in Europe, in the Champions League, and I am convinced that with the arrival of Walter Sabatini Inter can go back to winning ways.”
The former world champion, then, expressed his thoughts on Rüdiger, Inter’s top priority: “I’m happy for Toni, he was spoken well before he went to Roma, he has been slowed by injuries that have passed and now he is showing his true value. I read that Spalletti wants him at Inter. Beyond everything, if he’s liked by so much clubs, that means that he is a great player.”
