The track leading to Domenico Berardi has definitely cooled, according to FcInterNews.
The Sassuolo forward, busy these days at the Under-21 European Championships, continues to attract interest from inter, but the operation would be today considered too expensive to push on the accelerator.
The club would have to invest €40million into a position which is otherwise covered by Candreva, while other positions in the field are considered more precarious in terms of resources, and it is these that will incur vital investment.
