Pietro Pellegri’s father Marco Pellegri spoke to Corriere dello Sport on all the rumours about his son: “I read what is going on in the papers and wait, because the market is not yet open. The valuation of 30 million? It is a lot of money. As a father the feelings are mixed with such figures in front. There is satisfaction about what could happen to my son, such as the arrival at a big club like Inter.  I am convinced that the club will make the right decision.”

Marco then spoke in more detail on the possible transfer to Inter and the effect it has had on his son: “He is living peacefully right now because he knows that he would spend another two years at Genoa, the club who he is a fan of and closely tied too. Pietro has his feet firmly on the ground and does not let it affect his everyday life.”
