Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is opposed to loaning out Shkodran Mustafi, The Daily Mail report. Inter have offered the Gunners €5 million for a two year loan and attached a €25 million obligatory redemption fee but Wenger would prefer an outright transfer to help fund a move for Virgil Van Dijk. Until another defender arrives, whether it be Van Dijk or another, Mustafi will be going nowhere.
