Lopez’s agent: “He will stay at Benfica, nobody contacted us”

Lisandro Lopez’s agent Gustavo Goni spoke to FCInterNews.it on his client amid apparent interest from Inter: “Lisandro will remain at Benfica. We have never talked to Inter and none of their men contacted us regarding a transfer. He is happy in Portugal and happy to dress the Eagles’ jacket. He wants to be protagonist in the championship and in the Champions League.”

Lopez’s has been one of a whole host of players to be linked with Inter over the past few weeks as they look to add a central defender, or two.
