Inter have always been blessed with great goalkeepers: Zenga, Pagliuca, Toldo & Julio Cesar to name but a few. The current player in that position is another we can add to that list. As always Samir Handanovic has been an ever present so far this season & is performing at the high standard we have come to expect during his time at Inter.
Despite this, Inter are thought to be looking to the future & according to Sport Mediaset they have set their sights on the Genoa goalkeeper, Mattia Perin. It seems that the Genoa keeper has also been attracting attention from Milan & Napoli. With the contract of Handanovic set to expire on 2019 it would seem that Inter will need to move fast to land Perin ahead of the other chasing parties show their interest.
