With Andrea Conti out on a long term injury, AC Milan coach Vincenzo Montella could opt to use Fabio Borini as a right wing-back in his 3-5-2 formation against Inter in the much anticipated Derby della Madonnina that is coming up on Sunday October 15th, kick-off at 20:45 CET.
Ignazio Abate is also an option, to counter the threatening runs of Inter’s Ivan Perisic. The Rossoneri want to play wingbacks that can compress all the attacking moves of Inter down the flanks. Davide Calabria is another wing-back in Milan’s roster who could challenge for a place in the starting line-up but it is very unlikely that he will be used.
