Milan have moderate optimism that Nikola Kalinic will be available for the derby Gazzetta dello Sport detail. The Croatian forward is suffering from a thigh injury and was forced to take painkillers to play through Milan’s last match with Roma last weekend.
The 29-year-old is being monitored daily by the Rossoneri’s medical staff and things should become a bit clearer at the start of next week.
Kalinic has netted twice in seven outings in all competitions this season and has assisted twice also.
