Gazzetta – Brozovic to miss derby and maybe Napoli too

Marcelo Brozovic will today undergo tests to confirm the severity of his calf injury which he suffered during the international break.

Gazzetta dello Sport report that the Croatian will almost certainly miss next weekend’s derby with Milan and is also at risk of missing the subsequent fixture with Napoli. It’s expected to take the midfielder between a week to 10 days to return to training.

Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is likely to replace Brozovic with Joao Mario opposed to using the likes of Borja Valero, Matias Vecino or Eder in the number 10 role.
