Inter coach Luciano Spalletti spoke to Premium Sport’s microphones about the match against Milan, the first victory in the Milan derby for the Italian coach:

“It has a great flavor, winning matches so enthusiastically but then you have to be realistic and analyze the game. We were professionals the whole time, we understood the moment and exploited it.”

“Doing this job you already suffer if you think you are suffering, it’s better to enjoy these games because I’ve never played so many matches in a stadium like this. Milan has a beautiful derby because they made it like this, it must be a show to be enjoyed regardless of who wins.”

What were the components that allowed Inter to win?
“We exploited some moments, Montella is right when he talks about a good second half from them, but they forced the rhythms, Borini no longer returned to the defensive line, if we kept the ball more in the middle of the field and allowed the wingers to receive the ball it would have been to create chances, some of which we created, like that of Eder.
