Sporting Director Pierpaolo Marino was interviewed by RAI Sport during their show “Zona 11” and praised the work of Luciano Spalletti during this first phase of the Italian Champioinship 2017/2018: “He is a great coach and when luck becomes a system this means that there is quality in this team, something that Spalletti should get credit for”. Apparently Spalletti gave Sarri a lot of advice during his period and Empoli and there we have another coach that knows how to transform his players.
