Journalist Mario Sconcerti shared his views on Inter’s team in an interview with TMW Radio today.
“Inter is a team that in this league is perfect as they can always score a couple of goals for you.”
Sconcerti was full of praise for Inter’s Borja Valero also adding, “I have to emphasise the importance of Borja Valero, the Spanish midfielder is a reference point for others in the team. I would not call him a [traditional] trequartista, but someone the team can bank upon nevertheless, as he never loses the ball and his teammates need him.”
The 32-year-old, who arrived in the summer from Fiorentina, has played nearly every minute for the Nerazzurri this campaign and while he is yet to score or assist, he has played a crucial role in the build up of Inter’s attacks and controlling the tempo which Luciano Spalletti’s side play at.
