According to elgoldigital.com, Spanish Primera Division outfit Valencia will activate the option to sign French midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia from Inter but only to immediately after negotiate a transfer to Real Madrid.

Los Merengues coach Zinedine Zidane is reportedly very impressed by the performances of the former Sevilla and Monaco midfielder so far this season, especially during 2-2 draw at the Bernabeu against the reigning European champions earlier this season.

Furthermore, according to the report Valencia are going to ask Real Madrid for midfielder Marcos Llorente as part payment for Kondogbia plus an additional €10 million in order to agree to part ways with the midfielder who joined Valencia on a season long loan deal this past summer.

Geoffrey Kondogbia, born in 1993, was signed by Inter from Monaco ahead of the 2015/2016 season for a reported €40 million but has failed to peform consistently which has led him to lose his place in the French natinal team.
