As part of his long interview with Tuttosport, Piero Ausilio also spoke on Inter’s upcoming opponents Torino, who they host on Sunday lunchtime at the San Siro.

He has many ex-Inter players in his team like Joel Obi, Nicolas Burdisso, Cristian Ansaldi and Adem Ljajic. Torino are a very good team, with interesting young players and a lot of quality in the midfield,” the Inter sporting director said.
“Matches with Toro are historically difficult matches for us.”
Ausilio then spoke on Granata president Urbano Cairo and what it is like to do a deal with him during the transfer window recalling when Inter signed Danilo D’Ambrosio back in 2014.
“When we signed D’Ambrosio who had six months left on his contract, for Cairo it was as if he still had five years of contract.”
