Inter’s Gabriel Barbosa’s future with loan club Benfica will be decided in December according to a report from Portugual.

The report, which comes from O Jogo, suggests that the Lisbon based club will meet with his representatives to decide what is best given Gabigol has seen playing time at the Estadio Da Luz kept to a minimum.

The 21-year-old Brazilian has made just four appearances since his August loan switch to Portugal, where it was hoped he would kick on following a difficult first year at Inter after a €30 million transfer from Santos.

No less than eight clubs have turned some attention towards the 2016 Olympic Gold Medalist in wake of this news. Cruzeiro, Palmeiras, Flamengo and Sao Paulo are all interested from his homeland while PSV Eindhoven, Fiorentina, Udinese and Genoa have all also shown an interest from Europe.

Gabigol starred for Santos scoring 24 goals in 83 league games but between Inter and Benfica has just one league goal in 10 league games played in the past 18 months.
