Former Inter centre back Marco Materazzi is with Inter legends in China ahead of their game with a Chinese All Star Team tomorrow.

Nerazzurri icon Materazzi spoke on his last visit to China and the changes since his last visit in an interview with Chinese outelt PPTV Sports.

“I’ve been in China 5 or 6 times, is a country that is developing very fast, I remember when I came in 2009 to play in the Supercoppa with Inter. Eight years have passed, every day changes, so it means development is proceeding.”

He then shared some thoughts on tomorrow’s game.

“I have looked at the birth dates of the players we will face tomorrow, they are young, certainly more than us lot anyway [laughs]. The important thing is that we are here, that the Chinese people come to see us and surely it will be a beautiful party.”

Materazzi, now 44, spent 10 years with Inter and was part of the famous Triplete winning squad.
