During the last couple of days, Porto defender Ivan Marcano, born in 1987, has been approached by Inter. The Spanish player has a contract with Porto that is about to expire and negotiations are not going well according to reports from Portugal.
In an interview with Desporto ao Minuto, Marcano’s agent Inaki Ibanez gave his views on what is happening: “I do not comment on reports coming from the newspapers. Mainly because I have no interest in that, I respect everybody but I choose not to talk about news like that.”
Aside from Inter Spanish La Liga outfit Valencia and Premier League side Everton have also shown an interest in the defender. Regarding the interest from the latter two clubs, Ibanez had the follwoing to say: “We do not discard any opportunity or destination.”
