Ahead of Inter-Chievo on Sunday afternoon, Gazzetta dello Sport have predicted how Inter manager Luciano Spalletti will deploy his side for the game scheduled to kick off at 2pm local time at San Siro.

With Miranda suspended, Milan Skriniar will have a new partner in the heart of the defence in Andrea Ranocchia who will be granted his first start of the season. Davide Santon will continue to be preferred to Yuto Nagatomo at left back also.

In the midfield, there will be a number of changes implemented by Spalletti. Matias Vecino is injured while Roberto Gagliardini finds himself suspended alongside the aforementioned Miranda. Borja Valero will drop back from an attacking midfield role and play centrally alongside Marcelo Brozovic. Taking Valero’s place as the trequartista behind Mauro Icardi will be Joao Mario.
