GdS: “The Ramires deal gets more complicated”

The ongoing deal between Inter-Jiangsu Suning and Ramires continues, and now reports from Nanjing suggests that this could be a more complicated deal than expected. Everything pointed to Ramires going on loan from Jiangsu Suning to Inter during this season’s winter transfer window. La Gazzetta dello Sport explains why this could go south: “The idea was to bring Ramires to Milano now, before the end of the year. The reason for this is to let him start adjusting to European football after two years of playing in China. But in Nanjing they are not convinced of that this is a good deal, now the talks about a loan deal is gone and the Chinese want to get back all the money they spent bringing the player from Chelsea to China two years ago. 30 million of euros is what they spent getting the player from Chelsea and an annual salary of 11 million of euros until 2019 complicates things”.
