Former Inter and Juventus goalkeeper Fabian Carini spoke on his arrival at Inter, the Derby D’Italia and the scudetto race in an interview with FCInterNews.it.
“I did not initially realise it was an exchange with Fabio Cannavaro who was an incredible player who has had a brilliant career. That was a great responsibility for me. This is why I promised myself that every time I was called in to question I would have to answer to this.”
As for a prediction for Saturday’s game Carini admitted it is “difficult for me to say who will win. I carry great memories from my time with both clubs and I deeply respect these two teams.”
He concluded by discussing both sides scudetto credentials.
“I would say both teams can win the scudetto, maybe Juve could have an advantage in the long run, but the Italian championship is so tough that anything can happen. I believe that the Scudetto will be fought between the Nerazzurri and Bianconeri, along with Napoli.”
