Interviewed by Sky Sport after Atalanta’s victory in the Europa League against Lyon, Bryan Cristante, Inter’s transfer market target spoke about the interest of several top clubs towards him: “Now I think only of the present, I think about working hard with Atalanta, we have a big season ahead, full of commitments. Between the championship and Europe we are always on the pitch and there is little to think about outside rumours. What is being said about me outside of the pitch is always a pleasure to hear, but this is not the time to talk about it”.

The former AC Milan player, who came up through the ranks of the Rossoneri, struggled to live up to the early hype which surrounded him, with unsuccessful stints at Benfica, Palermo and Pescara. However, still only 22 years old, the Italian midfielder has had a great season until now at Atalanta, on loan from Benfica. His form has attracted the interest of Inter, who want to replicate the Gagliardini deal from last season.
