Following Saturday night’s big match against Inter at home, Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanic commented on the performance of Juventus against the Nerazzurri in an interview with Premium Sport.

Are you angry about being subbed off?

“No, I went out fast, nothing happened. There was nothing to clarify, I asked for the change actually.”

What was lacking in your performance today?

“I think the disappointment in the locker room was obvious. We were the stronger team today and played better. But Inter are not first in the league by chance, they play well and are strong defensively. Spalletti, I know him well and he is doing a great job. We were superior and we could win, we should have done more in front of goal. Too bad for the three points but we go forward.”

Two points lost?

“Yes, two points lost because we were always dangerous, they did not have many opportunities. It’s not a big deal though, now we head to Bologna. We must congratulate Inter on the path they have taken. With this rhythm everything will be decided at the end of the season.”

Juventus comes out stronger from this?

“We respect everyone as we have always done. We feel strong and we left this match aware that we should have won. The championship is long, we didn’t win today but respecting the others and working hard, continuing to want to dominate in Serie A, we want to win another championship.”
