Lazio’s Dutch international central defender, Stefan De Vrij was interviewed by Lazio Style Channel when attenting Lazio’s annual Christmas party.
The Dutchman was asked about the night stating that: “tonight is great, especially since we are doing well and the fans are happy.”
He was then asked about the refereeing decisions that Lazio have loudly complained about recently as well as the 3-3 draw against Atalanta stating that: “we are looking towards the future, what happened is now in the past. Atalanta are a good team and they started off strong but we then responded in the right way. We have to win our upcoming games since many teams are doing well this season. I always want to improve and do better, which is my goal for 2018.”
In conclusion the former Feyenoord defender was asked if he intends to extend his contract with Lazio, a contract with is set to expire at the end of June 2018 to which he added fuel to the speculating fire by replying that “I don’t know.”
