According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Borussia Dortmund’s Andre Schurrle has been offered to Inter.

The German winger has made just eight appearances for the Bundesliga club and could look to go out on loan to find more regular playing time and get back on his game again having failed to score or assist in any of his appearances this term. Schurrle joined Dortmund in the summer of 2016 and is contracted through to 2021.

Reports coming out of Germany suggest that there are in fact a few clubs interested in the 27-year-old including Premier League club West Ham United. The report, from Sport.de, also suggests Inter have not warmed to the idea of taking the former Chelsea player on loan.

The player’s agent refused to comment when asked on what the immediate future holds for the player by German outlet Sport1. Sport1 also report that Schurlle, despite having ambitions to make Germany’s World Cup squad, wants to stay and fight for his place at Signal Iduna Park instead of going out on loan.
