Joao Mario is on his way out, so Inter is looking for possible exchanges, one proposal is for Joaquin Correa, a former Sampdoria product, now playing in Sevilla.
As Gazzetta dello Sport confirms, the offer is an exchange of loans; “The Nerazzurri is less attracted to Franco Vazquez, yet another player now under former rival Manager, Vincenzo Montella, although it is believe that the ex-Rossoneri Coach is an admirer of Joao Mario, so a deal could be possible.”
Other options include, Andrea Schurrle of Dortmund, Henrikh Mkhitaryan of United (although if Ramires arrives there will be no more places for non-EU players), Gerard Deulofeu of Barcelona and Simone Verdi from Bologna.
The young Portuguese sensation is currently out of favour at Inter, having failed to adapt to Serie A after making a promising move from Sporting Lisbon last season, following his nations Euro 2016 victory. He hasn’t received many other offers, therefore the Nerazzurri need to find a way of helping him find the game time he desires, while also strengthening their own squad for a final push towards Champions League qualification.
