Inter Can Only Sign Liverpool’s Sturridge If Eder Leaves

Italian media outlet FCInterNews reports that Inter and Liverpool met again tonight to finalize a deal for England international striker, Daniel Sturridge.

However, this can only happen if Eder is to leave the Nerazzurri. The potential agreement between Inter and Liverpool would be a loan with right to redemption in Inter’s favor. Inter will have to be careful with any transfers as there are financial restrictions and cannot afford to spend what they cannot make in return.

According to the report the Nerazzurri will look to raise funds by selling Eder, however there seems to be complications with finding him a destination.

Today, it is Crystal Palace who are interested in signing the Italian international striker. Their proposal however is only for a loan. Inter officials immediately rejected the proposal as they are looking to make a sale from the deal.

Eder has recently renewed his contract with Inter and will soon have to accept Inter’s plan to sell him to possibly an English side. Eder remains to be the deciding factor of the Sturridge transfer.
