Speaking to Premium Sport on the sidelines of Brooks Brothers 200th anniversary event, Inter midfielder Rafinha spoke on how he has settled in at Inter since his January move from Barcelona.

“I am very happy to be here and it is all going well. I am playing which is important because it allows me to improve and also get back to peak condition. My goal is to be ready when the coach calls and to do all that he asks of me. I wanted to come to Inter right from the first moment. I feel at home here and I am happy.”

The Brazilian then discussed this weekend’s match away to Atalanta.

“Our next match will be important, just like the one against Torino was. We created lots of chances but we were unlucky. Now we must focus on Atalanta because it will be a tough game. We are heading to Bergamo with the aim of winning. We know it will be a key test and we are aware that all of our remaining matches are now important.”

He concluded the interview by speaking on Inter’s Champions League ambitions.

“I have been confident since day one [that we can make it]. Inter are a great side and we have the chance to reach our objective.”
