Inter are one of three sides currently interested in Atletico Madrid full back Sime Vrsaljko according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The former Sassuolo player is also being courted by Inter’s Serie A rivals Napoli and Juventus. This season he has made 23 appearances for Diego Simeone’s side across all competitions contributing five assists in the process.

Yestrday, the player’s agent Giuseppe Riso told Radio CRC the following with regard to the 26-year-old’s future with the Spanish club although he did not mention Inter.

“Right-back is the most sought-after role in the world. Napoli and Juve are looking for right-backs, but that’s the case pretty much everywhere in Europe and that’s why he didn’t leave in January.

“Sime loves Italy, but the Premier League is fascinating for everyone. I don’t know if Atletico will sell him though, they’d have to find a replacement and that’s not easy.”
