Former Inter goalkeeper Sebastian Frey spoke on this weekend’s Derby D’Italia between Inter and Juventus in an interview with RMC Sport.
“It will be a fascinating game. With the current scenario, Inter will take to the field with the extra motivation factor that they can make Juventus lose the scudetto.”
Frey, who also played for the likes of Fiorentina and Parma during an 18 year career, then spoke on Inter’s season as a whole and their Champions League ambitions.
“They have had a good season, albeit with so many ups and downs. They must go to the Champions League and continue to invest. I think it is possible, it is all in their own hands.”
Frey played for Inter between 1998-2001 and made a total of 47 appearances during his spell with the club. He retired in 2015 and is now part of the Inter Forever team that is made up of former Inter players.
