Juventus have three confirmed absentees heading in to this weekend’s Derby D’Italia with Inter in Giorgio Chiellini, Stefano Sturaro and Mattia De Sciglio. Bianconeri boss Max Allegri must still decide who will partner Medhi Benatia in the heart of the defence at the San Siro and Andrea Barzagli, Daniele Rugani and Benedikt Howedes are all candidates to do so according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Milan based newspaper have also taken a look at how the travelling side could lineup and report that it is likely that Mario Mandzukic will be on the pitch from the first whistle. The Croatian missed the game with Crotone but made an appearance from the bench in the 1-0 defeat to Napoli last weekend.
Juventus will either setup in a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 formation. If they are to go with a 4-2-3-1, Paulo Dybala will be sandwiched in between Mario Mandzukic on the left and either Douglas Costa and Juan Cuardro on the right. If they are to instead go with a 4-3-3, Dybala will drop to the bench and Blaise Matuidi will take his place.
