Inter transfer target Andriy Lunin prefers a move to Serie A rivals Napoli over other interested parties according to his father, who also acts as his agent.

“Several clubs have shown us their interest, even clubs from Spain, but we would like to deepen the discussion only with Napoli,” Aleksey Lunin told Naples based radio station Radio Crc today.

“A move to the Partenopei is our preference. It is nice that Napoli has looked at my son, this means that he is growing, but he already has great value.”

The Ukrainian shot stopper’s club Zorya Luhansk has been subject to an €8 million bid for his services from Napoli and if accepted, it would spell the end to Inter’s idea of replacing Samir Handanovic with the 19-year-old, who is already a full international. Lunin made 36 appearances across all competitions for the Ukrainian club last term and kept 10 clean sheets in the process.
