Eder has made it clear in recent weeks that he wishes to stay with Inter unless something better comes along and Gazzetta dello Sport believe that ‘something better’ may have just come along in the shape of Inter’s Chinese cousins Jiangsu Suning.

The Chinese Super League side, who share the same owners as Inter, are now at work on trying to convince the 31-year-old Italo Brazilian to swap Milan for Nanjing for the years to come according to the Milan based newspaper.

Eder, who is under contract at the San Siro through to the end of the 2020/21 season, joined Inter from Sampdoria back in January 2016 and has since went on to make 86 appearances in the black and blue jersey where he has scored 14 goals and made eights assists. Despite very seldom starting last season, his desire to remain and fight for his place in the team in spite of new signings is admirable.
