Inter will not be forced to exclude any signings of the past two seasons to date when it comes to submitting their squad list for the Champions League this season according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri and European football’s governing body UEFA have reached an agreement that sees the Nerazzurri have different limitations to when they last competed in Europe in the 2016/17 Europa League. The 2016/17 Europa League squad list is no longer the starting point for Inter saving Inter from making a lot of difficult decisions.
UEFA have taken the a lot of things in to consideration such as that that last time out Inter were a team in construction and a lot of things have changed in football since then in that short time, particularly due to the Neymar effect in the transfer window that has saw transfer fees sky rocket.
The report does however go on to state that this is only the situation so long as the Nerazzurri do not make any more big additions that are not followed by an equivalent sale(s).
