Samuele Longo marked his debut at Huesca with an assist and is now a game closer to Huesca having to permanently sign him up according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Ahead of the 2018/19 season, Longo joined the newly promoted La Liga outfit on a loan with option to redeem that had the potential to be made obligatory. Once Longo makes a set amount of appearances, the Blaugrana will in turn trigger the obligatory redemption clause although it is not entirely clear what the exact numbers are.

The 26-year-old striker, who is a former Italian youth international at various levels, has found first team opportunities limited at Inter and has found himself sent out on loan spells elsewhere every season since 2012/13, mostly within Spain. Last season he found the back of the net no less than 12 times in 24 appearances across all competitions while on loan in the Spanish second tier with Tenerife.
