Inter’s Italian winger Matteo Politano stopped by Italian TV Channel Sky Sport Italia after the first 45 minutes in the Serie A clash when the Nerazzurri host Torino at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district.

The former Sassuolo winger was happy with his own performance as well as the team as a whole: “We wanted to start in a strong way after the bad performance last week against Sassuolo. We have to continue like this because we are expecting another important 45 minutes.”

Politano was asked what happened between himself and Torino’s Moretti to which he replied: “Nothing to talk about, we immediately talked it through.”

Politano gave an all-round great performance in his home debut getting an assist via a great free-kick delivery for Stefan de Vrij’s header for 2-0.
