Kwadwo Asamoah is hard at work trying to make himself available for Inter manager Luciano Spalletti for tomorrow’s trip to Emilia-Romagna to take on Bologna according to a report from Tuttosport.
The Ghanaian full back took a knock to his ankle in the 2-2 draw at home to Torino last weekend and his presence for Saturday evening’s game was in serious doubt.
This week in training he has been following a personalised training regime but did take some part in training with the rest of his teammates during yesterday’s sessions at Inter’s Appiano Gentile training base.
By the end of today Spalletti will have a far clearer indication as to whether or not Asamoah will be readily available to start or at least make the bench at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara, where Inter will be hoping to pick up their first victory of the season at their third attempt following a defeat and draw in their first two league games.
