Radja Nainggolan allegedly only feels he is able to show just 30% of his true ability currently according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The Belgian had a long injury lay-off over the summer having picked up an injury in mid-July in a pre-season friendly and took to the field for the first time in a competitive nature for Inter over the weekend in the 3-0 win over Bologna, in which he scored the opening goal.

Nainggolan appeared to be struggling late on in the game against the Rossoblu and was substituted off with little over ten minutes of play remaining. The 30-year-old has come out publicly denying he has any injury problems but as per the report, Inter will monitor his condition and will decide whether or not to put him through some tests even just as a total precautionary measure.

With a two week international break now underway, Nainggolan will use the time to try and reach top physical condition so he can be at the peak of his powers, especially for the start of the Champions League.
