Luciano Spalletti could make several changes to the team to face Parma on Saturday afternoon at San Siro as Serie A action resumes after the international break according to Corriere dello Sport.

The main talking point concerns Mauro Icardi and whether or not he will play. Icardi skipped the match with Bologna through injury and has shown himself to be back fit again over the international break. During the week however, Spalletti has been trying Keita Balde as the striker instead – something that if he follows through with would allow Icardi to rest up before Inter’s Champions League game with Tottenham Hotspur.

Moreover, Kwadwo Asamoah and Milan Skriniar’s positions in the line-up are under threat from Dalbert and Miranda. Similarly to Icardi’s situation, should they be out the team it will be to allow them to rest.

One change that will not be made concerns Roberto Gagliardini. The Italian will retain his place in the team due to the fact he will be unable to play in the Champions League.
