In an interview with Sky Sport, Italian pundit Massimo Tecca has put Inter’s faltering start to the campaign down to the fact that they are in fact too predictable.

“The reason for this spell is the absolute predictability of this team. The players that the coach wanted are here and he had to activate the creativity of these players who have a bit more imagination than others.”

Keita Balde, who is traditionally a winger, was trialled as a striker from kick off and Tecca believes that while he deserves another chance as striker, Inter can not afford to wait too long for him to adapt.

“Keita has not passed this test fully but it is worth insisting with however Inter can not wait too long. He has a demanding fan base behind him. He needs to have more enthusiasm and get in to the penalty area in a better condition.”
